Todd Jones is the primary owner and operator of Guardian Way Group. With a career in law enforcement spanning since 1987, Jones has gained experience at the local, state, and federal levels. He currently serves as a Defensive Tactics, Firearms, and Tactical Operations Instructor at a Federal Law Enforcement Academy. In addition, Jones is an NRA Certified Firearms Instructor and a Virginia State Certified Law Enforcement Officer.

Passionate about teaching, Jones has been instructing law enforcement, government and private security personnel, as well as civilians, around the world for over 30 years. He is a strong advocate for small classes with personalized instruction to ensure each student has an optimal learning experience.
